Troubleshooting

General Issues​

  • Processing fails: Check read/write permissions and if path is opened in another application
  • Slow processing: Check disk I/O, reduce thread count, or use local storage
  • Inconsistent results: Verify configuration file parameters are appropriate for image types
  • Space issues: Monitor available disk space, especially when using archive options

Image Processing Issues​

  • File not found: Verify image paths in list files are correct and accessible
  • Permission denied: Ensure write access to output directories
  • Invalid configuration: Check INI or JSON file syntax and parameter values
  • Memory errors: Reduce batch size or increase available system memory
  • Threading issues: Reduce thread count if system becomes unresponsive

Common Issues​

  • File not found: Verify all paths exist and are accessible Permission denied: Ensure exclusive read access to the source file and exclusive write - access to the destination and archive folders
  • Invalid INI/JSON: Check INI/JSON file syntax and parameter values
  • Port conflicts: Use -p to specify alternative port if default is in use
  • Memory errors: Reduce batch size or increase available system memory
  • Processing fails: Check folder permissions and paths
  • Images not enhanced: Verify minFileSize and threshold settings
  • Memory errors: Reduce maxFactor or maxTargetSize
  • Trigger not working: Ensure trigger file format and folder monitoring
